Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead a team on the connected warfare production line in Santa Ana. You will manage technicians, drive daily production plans, and ensure timely delivery of products for strategic military and commercial customers.

The role combines frontline hands‑on responsibilities with people management, requiring strong communication with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in high‑volume production environments.
• Strong knowledge of production rate, critical path analysis, and manufacturing fundamentals.
• Understanding of product life cycle, LEAN, ECOs and change management.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, work instructions, and equipment specs.
• Hands‑on hardware experience on the production floor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach up to 30 production associates per shift.
• Direct daily operations to issue and complete work orders on the floor.
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and standard work tasks.
• Identify safety improvements and drive 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory in work areas and generate weekly production reports.
