Qualifications

• Plumbing systems expertise: piping, pumps, leak detection, repairs.
• Electrical systems expertise: up to 3-phase, 440V.
• Air handling equipment: maintenance and performance checks.
• Chillers operation and troubleshooting.
• Electric motors: installation, repair, replacement.
• Steam heat systems: operation and maintenance.
• Chemical safety: safe handling and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve facility equipment, utilities and production‑critical systems.
• Serve as go‑to expert for troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and update logs as required.
