Job summary

Trueline in Canton, OH is seeking a Facility Manager to lead maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating outside contractors and driving facility improvements that support long-term growth.

You will oversee buildings, grounds, and infrastructure, implement preventive maintenance, and work with leadership to prioritize investments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, maintenance operations, and construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities systems.
• Safety compliance and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and condition of facilities, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Lead upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Manage outside contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and insurance requirements are met.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns with production to minimize impact.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize facility investments.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment while juggling multiple projects.
