Job summary
Jobot is seeking an Engineering Manager to help grow a versatile manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams, and driving production equipment improvements to support high-reliability components.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7+ years in materials/metals or industrial products, and prior supervisor experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in materials, metals, specialty chemicals, or industrial products.
- Leadership experience in a supervisor or management role.
- Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
- Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
