Job summary

Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. invites you to join our Summer Engineering Internship/Co-op on-site. You will work closely with a mentor on a manufacturing line, design and build a project, and present results to engineering and management at the end of the internship.

Participants gain hands-on experience in CNC milling/turning, GD&T, and Lean practices, with housing support and potential pathway to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year must be completed and enrolled in an accredited engineering degree program.
• Experience with CAD/Modeling tools is expected.
• Awareness of manufacturing processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work on a project assigned at the start of the internship/co-op.
• Collaborate with mentor and engineers on production-line improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings.
