Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) in Jeannette, PA, invites a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our U.S. headquarters. This hands-on, rotation-focused role supports the Manufacturing Engineering team in the rotating equipment field.

You will work on shop-floor time studies, apply 5S lean principles, identify bottlenecks, and standardize workflows while gaining exposure to leadership meetings and real projects. The twelve-week program runs Monday through Friday, 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate major in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Candidate should be completing minimum of sophomore year of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shop-floor time studies and workflow observations to evaluate cycle times and establish operational baselines.
• Apply 5S lean principles across manufacturing areas to reduce waste, organize workstations, and enhance operational safety.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and process variations to propose actionable efficiency and productivity enhancements.
• Standardize best-practice workflows and update baseline documentation to support long-term operational excellence.
