Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, machining, and tooling design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to support increasing production volumes.
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and shop aids.
• Support transition from prototype to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Lead improvements focused on productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Assist with floor layout planning and facility expansion.
• Support diverse engineering tasks from process development to shop improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline operations.
