  • 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficient with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor).

Responsibilities

  • Design, detail and build equipment as requested by Management.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, assist with maintenance.
  • Identify equipment needs, research and select vendors, request capital, and complete purchase documents.
  • Develop, investigate, test, document and train employees on equipment standardized work.
  • Track production runs, refine processes as necessary; improve efficiency and costs.
  • Coordinate tooling/fixturing, repairs, and tool room prioritization; participate in cross-functional projects.
