Job summary

Food Talent Solutions partners with a growing food manufacturer in Terre Haute, IN to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to support plant equipment, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role works closely with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive equipment availability and performance across the plant.

Candidates should bring strong problem-solving skills, a background in manufacturing environments, and

Qualifications

Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Experience with installation, maintenance, reliability, or process improvement.
PLC, robotics, automation, and electromechanical experience is a plus.
Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment issues and serve as a technical resource for Maintenance and Operations
Improve equipment reliability, throughput, quality, and overall manufacturing performance
Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects
Develop PM procedures, troubleshooting documentation, and equipment standards
