Job summary

Food Talent Solutions partners with a growing food manufacturer in Terre Haute, IN to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to support plant equipment, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role works closely with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive equipment availability and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, reliability, or process improvement.
• PLC, robotics, automation, and electromechanical experience is a plus.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

This is a hands-on plant engineering role working closely with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment, improve manufacturing processes, increase equipment availability, and support new equipment installations.
