Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD models and drawings (Creo).
• Experience leading projects from concept through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering resource for assigned production areas.
• Identify root causes and implement practical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain standard work, layouts, and IPC process documentation.
• Perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and value stream mapping to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and capital project proposals.
