This on-site role lets you apply classroom knowledge to real manufacturing challenges, partnering with engineers, operators, quality professionals, and maintenance teams to understand how products are made and how to drive improvements.

You will own a meaningful project with guidance, addressing issues such as quality, scrap reduction, process improvement, or automation, and present findings

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in engineering or related field.
• Interest in applying engineering skills to manufacturing challenges.
• Willingness to work with data and learn new tools.
• Collaborative approach and respect for production staff.
• Ability to organize work and communicate progress.
• Available to work full-time on-site for the full 10-week program.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety practices and follow required procedures.
• Work with experienced team to define a project and develop solutions.
• Collect and analyze engineering or production data.
• Use CAD, testing equipment, data analysis, root cause analysis, or lean methods.
• Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, or performance.
• Document work and communicate progress.
• Present capstone project and recommendations to leadership.
