Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Hands-on production equipment experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Structured problem-solving using Six Sigma/LEAN.

Responsibilities

• Observe line performance and translate issues into improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage CapEx projects from scoping to ROI closeout.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operators, and safety teams.
• Mentor engineering interns and support technical change control processes.
