Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize production processes, equipment, and workflows in support of custom cable and wire harness manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, and work instructions to increase productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Equipment & Tooling: Identify, design, select, and implement equipment, tooling, and fixtures that support safe, efficient, and accurate production.
• Troubleshooting & Production Support: Resolve production bottlenecks and equipment issues while providing hands-on technical support to production employees.
• Quality Support: Partner with the Quality team to investigate quality concerns, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with customer design engineers, Quality, and production teams to review specifications and improve manufacturability.
