Job summary

DTNA is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Process Engineer (L7) to support development, implementation, and optimization of assembly processes. The role emphasizes hands-on work, problem-solving, and collaboration with plant, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include launches, tooling concepts, and process validation, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Excellent learning mindset and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong hands-on manufacturing engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new subjects, tools and technologies independently.
• Respectful, collaborative communication and ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of assembly manufacturing processes.
• Assist with manufacturing layouts, tooling concepts, workstation designs, and assembly process flows.
• Support safety-critical manufacturing systems, tooling, assembly processes, automation, and controls.
• Participate in manufacturing launches, equipment installations, process validations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Help develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process requirements, and technical specifications.
• Support efforts to ensure processes meet safety, quality, productivity, ergonomic, and operational requirements.
