Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by keeping interiors and exteriors in prime condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address issues before they become bigger problems.
• Provide after-hours emergency support.
• Collaborate with a family-oriented team.
