Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and repair work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building and grounds systems.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems repairs.
• Inspect equipment and arrange timely repairs with managers.
• Troubleshoot issues and plan repair work using blueprints or manuals.
• Maintain and repair waterlines on the property.
• Order supplies and materials with supervisor approval.
• Clean and assist with general upkeep of community facilities.
