Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, janitorial services, or groundskeeping.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry is desired.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment such as power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders for units and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and address issues.
• Assist with apartment turnovers including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop and safeguard keys and areas.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas and disinfect high-traffic zones.
• Maintain outdoor areas and assist with seasonal landscaping and snow removal.
