Qualifications

10+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day direction and technical leadership to hourly maintenance technicians.
Prioritize maintenance work based on production requirements and safety.
Diagnose and repair CNC machinery, conveyors, and controls to minimize downtime.
Support maintenance training and development of technicians.
Lead by example with hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting.
