Job summary

The Protech Group in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This hands-on, hourly supervisor role leads maintenance and repair of all production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

You will mentor the Maintenance Technicians, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee preventive maintenance programs while responding to breakdowns and emergencies, including after-hours work to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance supervisor role.
• Electrical and mechanical attestation/certificate required.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance and repair of all production equipment and facility systems.
• Direct and prioritize work of Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage spare parts inventory and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, including after-hours work to minimize downtime.
