Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation seeks an on-site Maintenance Supervisor for Villa Del Sol in San Jose, CA. You will lead the maintenance team, complete work orders promptly, and uphold resident satisfaction through hands-on oversight and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years multi-family industry preferred.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred.
• Technical proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against community goals.
• Train maintenance staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures.
• Assist with annual budget and bid recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and CONAM policies.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety and operations standards across maintenance activities.
• Ability to drive locally for property management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
