Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Bexley Central Park in Grand Prairie to lead a service team while staying hands-on with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of trade experience, EPA/CFC certification (Type I/II or Universal), at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and proficient use of work order and property management software; on-call rotation is shared.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of trade experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pool systems, and exterior structural work.
• EPA/CFC certification (Type I and II or Universal) is required before you start.
• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance lead/supervisor experience; proficient with basic computer tasks and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and scheduling turns using property management software.
• Coordinate with vendors and in-house technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate with the property management team via email to align on priorities and status.
