The role blends leadership with hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure equipment reliability. The successful candidate will plan maintenance activities, coordinate shutdowns, establish standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals in a manufacturing

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• Manage and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program to maximize uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work based on production needs.
• Coordinate annual shutdowns and major projects for equipment availability.
• Establish maintenance standards, spare parts management, and labor tracking.
• Maintain housekeeping, organization, and workplace safety standards.
• Coach and develop direct reports through performance reviews and training.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Safety to achieve plant goals.
• Serve as hands-on leader in troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
