Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a maintenance supervisor role within manufacturing.
Proven troubleshooting in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency with CMMS.
Leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance department activities to ensure timely, efficient work.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to foster continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
Monitor spare parts inventories and initiate reorders when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Manage the maintenance budget for cost-effective operations.
Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.
Stay updated on manufacturing technologies to improve processes.
