Job summary

HTG Management LLC in Holiday, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property's appearance and proper operation. This working supervisor will actively perform maintenance or repair tasks while guiding a maintenance team.

The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits and paid time-off. Candidates should have at least 4 years of industry experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to supervise staff across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Must read, analyze and interpret general business information and write reports or manuals.
• Able to supervise staff and provide direction and feedback.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in maintenance roles.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of maintenance for the community as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise staff, provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Direct scheduling of maintenance personnel and vendors while enforcing policies.
• Track inventory for repairs and maintenance and manage turnover process.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and service requests; report liabilities.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire life-safety systems.
• Ensure safety policies compliance and PPE usage; manage the property budget.
