Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally spanning multiple sites.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general building systems.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a maintenance team accountable to quality and safety standards.
• Cannabis or regulated-industry facilities experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on maintenance at Palatka: diagnose, repair, and maintain ~15 production machines to minimize downtime.
• Act as escalation point for other Florida sites and set maintenance standards.
• Train and develop technicians across Florida production sites; manage home-site technicians.
• Plan, implement, and manage preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Oversee repairs with licensed contractors and coordinate new installations or capital projects.
• Budget maintenance spend, track parts inventory, and advise across sites.
• Source and manage external vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation.
