Qualifications

• Proficient in welding and metal fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred).
• Ability to design and fabricate custom tools and structural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Inspect and service overhead cranes and hoists to meet safety standards and load ratings.
• Establish PM programs for pumps, grinders, and general production equipment.
• Oversee tool repair and preventative maintenance to keep tools safe and available.
• Track maintenance performance and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Design and fabricate custom tooling and storage systems to improve workflow.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and yard equipment; coordinate inspections and repairs.
• Manage grounds, facilities cleanliness and vendor coordination for lawn care and snow removal.
• Promote safety; ensure OSHA compliance and maintain inspection logs.
