Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams within a multi-shift or 24/7 operation.
• Strong electrical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose faults.
• Self-driven with the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and sanitation personnel.
• Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for maintenance activities across all three shifts.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prioritize work orders, emergencies, and downtime to minimize disruptions.
