Job summary

Nehring Electrical Works Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance on the shop floor and drive improvements across equipment and production processes.

The role emphasizes coordinating with operations, driving PM programs, managing multiple projects, and advancing safety and environmental initiatives. A technical degree and maintenance experience are preferred, with a focus on leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems, AutoCAD, Minitab and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations to schedule maintenance and reduce machine downtime.
• Drive and improve preventative maintenance processes.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and support Capex initiatives.
• Enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Demonstrate urgency to meet company goals.
