Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Technical school machining coursework is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read/interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn from experienced machinists.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of machining equipment (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to confirm specs.
