Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or apprenticeship a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating manual lathes in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong skills in reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient in precision measurement with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and work orders to plan setups and sequences.
• Set up and operate manual lathes and grinders to specification.
• Perform in-process checks and final inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
