Qualifications

• Read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and production standards.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery or groups of machines using basic computer controls.
• Monitor product quality and adjust to meet standards.
• Complete daily production goals and work overtime as needed.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic mechanical adjustments for different runs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning for equipment efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
• Safely operate a forklift and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area at all times.
