Job summary

Propelis, Collide division, is seeking a Machine Operator for our Butler, PA production site. You will assist with setup, calibration, and operation of production machines, inspect outputs for tolerances, and correct minor issues to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires at least 3 years of machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years machine operating experience or equivalent.
• Basic MS Office, Outlook & Internet skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, budgeting and project management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication and math skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload parts and inspect quality; set up equipment.
• Operate equipment to meet production needs.
• Maintain stock of materials and machine parts.
• Determine parts to manufacture based on production orders and stock.
• Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions.
