Job summary

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Machine Operator to assist with setup, calibration, and operation of production machines in Butler, PA. The role includes inspecting operations and finished products against tolerances using precision tools and correcting minor malfunctions. This is an onsite role in Butler, PA.

Responsibilities include unloading parts, equipment setup, operating various equipment, stocking materials, and detecting defects. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of machine operating experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong math, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload parts and inspect quality; set up equipment.
• Operate equipment to meet production needs.
• Maintain stock of materials and machine parts.
• Determine parts to be manufactured based on production, orders and stock.
• Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions.
