You will work from prints and verbal instructions, ensuring safety and precision, with a first-shift, on-site schedule. This role emphasizes mechanical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment or mechanical work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of hydraulic components.
• Basic understanding of 12V wiring.
• Ability to use wrenches, air tools, and overhead cranes.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand all day and read/write/speak English fluently.
• Subject to drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build custom, made-to-order machines according to drawing specifications.
• Work from prints, sketches, or verbal instructions to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the build process.
• Operate safely in all aspects of the job.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Build machines individually from start to finish in a low-volume setting.
