Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Wire, test, and inspect assembled equipment for quality.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs to guide work.
• Build and install wire harnesses with soldering as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to meet production standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S practices.
• Collaborate with production leadership, engineering, and QA teams.
• Assist training of less experienced employees.
