Build It. Troubleshoot It. Make It Work.

We're looking for an experienced Machine Assembly Technician II who enjoys working with mechanical and electrical equipment, solving technical problems and seeing a machine go from assembly to fully operational.

This is more than an assembly position. You'll use your technical skills to assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair and maintain specialized gaming equipment, including pull-tab vending machines, AccuCounters and electrical wiring systems.

You'll also have the opportunity to take on more advanced technical responsibilities, work independently to resolve equipment issues and share your knowledge by training and supporting other technicians.

If you're mechanically inclined, experienced with electrical components and enjoy figuring out why something isn't working-and how to fix it-we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Machine Assembly Technician II, you'll play an important role in ensuring our gaming equipment is properly assembled, tested and ready for reliable operation. You'll work with mechanical assemblies, electrical components and technical systems while supporting manufacturing, quality control and customer service operations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Assemble, configure and test pull-tab vending machines, AccuCounters, wire harnesses and related mechanical and electrical components according to technical specifications.
  • Perform detailed quality inspections and functional testing, including electrical verification, operational checks and sample vending to ensure equipment operates correctly.
  • Independently diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems involving equipment, assemblies, wiring and components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments and component replacements to maintain performance and reliability.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions and equipment specifications to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide backup support to Phone Service Technicians and assist Field Service Technicians with equipment troubleshooting, repair recommendations and customer concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments to identify problems, explain technical solutions and coordinate repairs.
  • Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to less experienced employees on equipment assembly, testing, troubleshooting and safe work practices.
  • Coordinate assembly, testing and service activities to meet production schedules, quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate assembly, inspection, repair and service records while keeping tools, equipment and work areas organized and safe.
  • Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and confident troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment independently.

  • 5-7 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent technical training and relevant work experience considered.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical components, wiring, circuitry and equipment operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions and equipment specifications.
  • Experience with functional testing, quality inspections, equipment adjustments and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn specialized production, inventory and service software.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting production and service deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues and provide hands-on training.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with production, technical service and other departments.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on assembly and repair work throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
