Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC - Georgia Plant is seeking a seasoned logistics supervisor to lead daily operations in the warehouse environment. You will supervise Team Leads and staff, ensure safe and efficient material flow, and own shift performance with accountability for KPIs.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and cost control. Responsibilities include coordinating unload/reload, inventory accuracy, ASRS processes, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or production-support setting.
• Strong safety, quality, and cost-control focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution for the assigned logistics area and supervise Team Leads and staff.
• Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and cost-effective material flow in support of production and customer requirements.
• Own shift performance, coaching, and escalation of issues; ensure proper handoff and corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, and ASRS inbound operations; maintain cycle counts and reconciliations.
