Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics experience in automotive/manufacturing
• Managerial experience of 3+ years
• Education: High School Diploma/GED; degree in related field preferred
• Intermediate communication skills
• Ability to obtain PIV license
• Mathematical skills: intermediate

Responsibilities

• Leads daily execution for the assigned Logistics area through direct supervision of Team Leads and Team Members.
• Ensures safe, accurate, timely, and cost-effective material flow to support production and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee receiving, staging, and ASRS inbound flow where applicable.
• Own shift performance, standard-work discipline, and corrective-action effectiveness.
• Lead KPI reviews, staffing decisions, and escalation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and contractor interfaces.
