Job summary

Burger King Assistant Manager in Clinton, NC partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results in a hands-on leadership role.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while growing leadership capabilities and contributing to business results.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings
• People-first mindset with strong communication
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, and cash control protocols
