Vivo Commercial Landscape is seeking a Crew Member for the Landscape Enhancement group in San Diego. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning in landscape installation, enhancement, irrigation support, and site care as part of a collaborative team.

You will work outdoors, follow safety directions, and gain practical skills while contributing to quality projects for commercial clients. Prior experience helps but is not required, and bilingual ability is welcomed.

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates welcome; landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
Able to understand and follow work and safety directions in English or Spanish.
Comfortable performing physical outdoor work and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Help install and enhance landscapes at commercial client properties.
Prepare work areas, remove debris, and organize materials for installation.
Assist with planting trees and plants, trenching, irrigation support, and site care.
Load, unload, move, and stage plants, materials, tools, and equipment.
Use basic hand tools and small power equipment safely and learn additional equipment.
Work with your crew to complete quality work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
