Job summary

Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to support installation crews in completing residential and commercial landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards.

This is a hands-on position focused on performing installation work, following direction from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a productive and professional jobsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape or construction preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation work including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage.
• Follow daily work plans and directions from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman.
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling.
• Maintain quality standards and proper installation techniques.
• Work efficiently to help projects stay on schedule and within budgeted hours.
• Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to the Foreman or Assistant Foreman.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Support other crew members as needed to complete project objectives.
