Vivo Commercial Landscape is seeking a Crew Member – Landscape Enhancement (Construction) in San Diego. This entry-level role offers hands-on outdoor work with experienced crews to learn landscape installation, enhancement, irrigation support, and site care.

You will be part of a team that delivers quality work for commercial properties, with opportunities for skill development in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates welcome; landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
Ability to understand and follow work and safety directions in English or Spanish.
Comfortable performing physical outdoor work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Install and enhance landscapes at commercial client properties.
Prepare work areas, remove debris, and organize materials for installation projects.
Assist with planting trees and plants, trenching, irrigation support, and site care.
Load, unload, move, and stage plants, materials, tools, and equipment for daily work.
Use basic hand tools and small power equipment safely.
Work with your crew to complete quality work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
