Cooking with Kids is seeking a Food Educator to organize, schedule, and deliver program activities in schools and communities across Northern New Mexico. You will lead hands‑on cooking lessons, monthly cafeteria tastings, and family engagement activities while collaborating with a county‑based team and program leadership.

The role is part‑time and non‑exempt, with an hourly starting wage of $22 and potential increase to $23 after a 3‑month probation.

Responsabilidades

• Program Delivery: Serve as the primary Cooking with Kids Food Educator for assigned school site(s), work closely with school staff throughout the school year; Schedule and deliver programming in coordination with teachers, administrators, and cafeteria staff; Facilitate classroom‑based cooking and nutrition education lessons using the CWK curriculum; Lead monthly cafeteria tastings using the Nuevo Thursday approach; Support family engagement, afterschool, community, and garden‑to‑kitchen activities.
