Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior experience teaching or facilitating group activities with students.
• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in education, youth development is expected.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Report concerns regarding participant wellbeing to supervisor in a timely manner and by the end of the day.
• Plan and submit activity plans and ensure activities follow approved plans.
• Assist with activities led by specialists or colleagues and maintain behavior management.
• Perform assigned activity, transitions, snack period, and dismissal with organized supervision.
