Bank of America is seeking an experienced Java Feature Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications within the Fraud & Claims Technology team. You will provide technical leadership, remain hands-on, and mentor the team across the full SDLC.

The ideal candidate brings deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, strong microservices experience, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions in an agile environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Java development with 2+ years leading teams.
• Recent hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience and ability to contribute technically.
• Strong Java 17+ in Java 8/11/17+ environments.
• Spring Boot/REST APIs and Microservices architecture experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling experience.
