Qualifications

• Experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering or IT Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Resolve hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, PDAs and other end-user technology.
• Act as a key IT contact for Operations and warehouse users.
• Support IT projects, system improvements and infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs.
• Manage service desk tickets and maintain technical documentation.
