Job summary

Alleima USA LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a new team in an industrial production setting. You will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance, perform preventative maintenance on tube production equipment, and work with operators and management to improve reliability.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a trade school preferred, and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school degree preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work in an industrial production environment and in a team.
• Welding and/or fitting skills are a plus.
• Willingness to pursue PA Journeyman certification and work shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, AC/DC motors, and control circuits.
• Change-out and installation of conduit, wiring, disconnects, and control boxes.
• Maintain mechanical equipment including rigging, welding, setup, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Assemble and repair tooling; operate forklift and other manufacturing equipment.
• Work at heights and collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, and management.
