Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Campbellsville, KY is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble various models at the bench or shop floor, following standard work, BOMs, and work orders to deliver quality products.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing experience. You will operate hand and power tools, observe safety rules, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
Team oriented; able to work cohesively with others.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts according to standard work / job breakdown sheets, BOMs, and work order instructions.
Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners according to torque specifications.
Operate pneumatic and manual presses and set them up as needed.
Set up and operate identification equipment (stampers, labelers).
Test product for compliance to meet specifications using test equipment.
Paint, label and pack completed product for shipment.
Maintain 5S standards and safety practices.
