Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or computer engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting manufacturing, testing, lab, automation, instrumentation, or related engineering activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills involving electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and/or software systems.
• Hands-on work in manufacturing/lab environments to troubleshoot equipment/process level issues.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, troubleshooting, improvement, and maintenance of high-temperature instrument production and calibration testing databases.
• Develop, maintain, and improve calibration and test processes per IEC, ASTM, IEC/ISO17025 or AMS2750 standards.
• Troubleshoot test equipment, instrumentation, sensors, electrical systems, software, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Program, configure, and maintain manual and automated cable/harness testers; develop test programs and reports.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, test procedures, software documentation, and equipment records.
• Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, PM, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives around automation, test efficiency, quality, and safety.
